This workshop will provide participants with the critical skills required to effectively prepare for difficult conversations, including how to surface the real issues and how to stay solution-focused in the moments emotion can take over. This workshop will also address real-time skills and actions that improve a leader’s ability to proactively coach his/her teams, peers, and colleagues at the right moment to prevent big issues from growing beyond control.
